Growing into Me with Bipolar

Oh, and by the way, i guess i don’t have to worry about the thing where i said feeling good felt like someone else, and i would have to get used to it.  because now i don’t feel good.  not one bit.  if i dont get answers today, im done at the clinic.  im done being a patient.  and back to being a mostly depressed baseline bipolar who has mixed manic psychotic episodes again.  only now, ill be on my own.  if they dont get my answers.  last chance.

  1. I’m thinking of you, wishing I could help. You matter to me.

  2. These are just my thoughts and I hope they come across the right way. .. but they’re the assholes here. Don’t punish yourself because they screwed up. I’m not advising that you put yourself in a harmful situation, but if this can be resolved at all, you deserve to be treated the right way and you deserve to really give yourself that chance. You matter to me as well, and I hope these folks get their asses in gear. ❤

    • i know youre right, but when this happens, i always feel like i should hurt myself to show them how much they hurt me, and make them want to help me now.

i know thats crazy and doesnt work. but thats where i am.

    • ya they finally found out the answer…all i had to do was stop the tegretol cold and start the lithium straight on. was it really necessary for them to make me wait a week and ask 3 times and freak out for them to tell me that?
