Today I learned that Nelson Mandela passed away. He is one of my heroes and he will stay as such…I’m happy we did not wait for him to die to recognize his value. We should celebrate his life and remember how one man, sacrificed himself in the name his values. He created a movement that shaped the history of the world. I remember my first time watching the movie of his life…As a kid I was horrified by what he had been through but what stayed with me is his compassion.
